Customer Programs

Canon
has reinforced its commitment to customer
satisfaction by introducing |

innovative customer programs. With effect from
July, the new programs being introduced
are-'Canon Service Pulse' and ' Canon Swap
Service'. Through 'Canon Service Pulse', canon
will map how their customer perceives post sale
service support on three parameters of speed,
quality and reliability.For this purpose Canon
has sent 8,000 mailers to customers to collect
feedback on service.

phones in India. These are High-end PDA phones
with Microsoft window based technology, built in
camera, video recording, email, SMS, WAP and
windows media player. These phones also have
Bluetooth and GPRS. O2 is something similar to
ROLEX in watches or MONT BLANC in pens. It
caters to high-end segment. Goldkist provides
these phones in Local Rupee billing along with
